Tabel pertama buat masternya. Nha yang kedua untuk menampung data detailnya. Kalau satu data pada data master di klik/diselect, maka akan langsung mengirimkan informasi mengenai primary key nya, sehingga di level database bisa dilakukan proses seleksi foreign_key beserta relasinya. Tapi kalau many to many, biasanya saya pergunakan 1 lagi tabel pembantu, untuk membantu memetakan relasi antar priomary_key ke foreign_key nya
