(maaf jika penulisannya susah dimengerti :v ) Kasus: ----------------------------- 1. Toko online punya banyak vendor (merchant), masing2 vendor punya banyak item dan dibayar via tunai ataupun kartu kredit . 2. Setiap bukan pihak toko online harus menggenerate laporan bulan yang akan diberikan kepada vendor. 3. Di dalam sistem penjualan, terdapat biaya iklan, refund (penggembalian dana partial / full) Cara saya (terlalu newbie): ----------------------------- 1. Saya menggunakan 2 table => order + rekening_bulanan 2. Tiap bulan saya menginput record (cron task / job) ke table "rekening_bulanan" untuk masing-masing vendor dalam bulan saat ini (sebagian field data dikosongkan, sperti pendapatan via kartu kredit / tunai, biaya iklan, dll) => setiap akhir bulan, semisal hari ke - 28 3. Setiap hari (Pk. 00.01) saya meng-update record (cron task / job) setiap vendor (untuk bulan saat ini) dengan hasil perhitungan dari hari ke - 1 sampai hari ke - n (hari ini) => tujuannya agar saat dicek pada control panel web ini, data selalu up 2 date. Apakah cara saya ini efektif? mengingat pasti menghabiskan resource yang rutin tiap harinya. Jika ada logic yang lebih mudah, saya mohon bimbingannya. terima kasih (y). #ThanxInAdvance
