Oct 14th 2013, 04:11, by Vinsensius Angelo Vinsensius Angelo 4:11am Oct 14 master2 mau tanya sedikit :3 saya punya website yang menggunakan multi language, walau meta language charset sudah dibuat UTF-8, ada sedikit kendala. untuk kasus tertentu saya menggunakan strtoupper() dan strtolower().permasalahannya untuk string text chinese (mandarin) jika diterapkan pada funtion2 tsb malah jadi tidak terbaca. Apakah ada solusi untuk masalah ini?
